Manifesto
At Pinpoint, we have some simple and ‘old skool’ convictions about the way to live, love and be a part of this highly interconnected sphere we call Planet Earth™.
These beliefs are embedded into our psyche and inform the way we run our business.
We just reckon that in business, you should treat your customer the way you would like to be treated, from beginning to end.
That means starting with a clean line of communication between us and our client, furnishing accurate and sincere advice that accommodates our customers’ individual needs, and delivering the best service possible while only charging for what has been supplied.
Waste is a huge problem in our deeply consumerist society and Pinpoint is committed to minimizing this within it’s own business.
It is inevitable that some waste will always occur, no matter what field you are operating in, but the marketing sector seems particularly prone to it. Pinpoint founder Christian Sargeant has seen this aspect of the distribution industry grow to become essentially systemic within the business model.
To that end, coupled with the fact that he self-identifies as a bona fide Recycle Nazi™, he has instigated a strict policy of meeting minimum utilization rates based on the quantity of supplied materials.
Rest assured, when you supply us materials for distribution, they WILL reach their intended destination (as opposed to the rubbish bin).
